Message from our Festival Director

We are delighted to present the Noosa Long Weekend Festival 2013 program. Over 250 local, national and international artists; over 85 free and ticketed events; all staged over 10 days and nights in one of Australia’s most special destinations. This is the 12th Noosa Long Weekend Festival.

I’m very proud of this year’s program and can’t wait until June 14 when our opening night act, Bobby Fox, kicks off what I believe to be our most entertaining, exciting and engaging Festival yet.

Whether you are 10 years old or 100 years young, the diversity and affordability of our program means that there are events suited to all artistic tastes and budgets.

That’s what I see to be the essence of the Noosa Long Weekend Festival – showcasing world class talent and minds right here on our doorstep, and by doing so, making the arts accessible and enjoyable for all.

We look forward to you joining us in celebrating these 10 great days in June (14-23) that is, Noosa Long Weekend Festival.
