So popular last year, the Duck Waddle is making a triumphant return! As before, our three renowned restaurants – Wasabi, Ricky’s River Restaurant and Bar and Parc Mexican – will host this progressive lunch in Quamby Place.
Enjoy three different delicious duck dishes at each of the restaurants while enjoying the lovely ambience of the riverside waterfront setting, as well as a glass of wine with each dish.
A recipe and/or a description of the preparation of each duck dish will be presented by the chef at each restaurant.
To round off the meal with sensuous sweetness, melt-in-the-mouth chocolates from Cocoa Chocolat, in Eumundi, will be served. Your lunch hosts will be Danielle Gjestland at Wasabi, Pascal Turschwell at Ricky’s and Paul van Hammond at Parc Mexican.
The restaurants are adjacent so you can literally waddle from one to the next. To get there, take a magical ferry from Hastings Street or park your car in Quamby Place.
